The research of James Fisher focusing on entrepreneurial enterprises demonstrates that there are distinct patterns to the growth for a company or a department. We will review the stages of growth model, discover the leadership styles that you use as an IT leader and explore how you can adapt your leadership style to the growth stage of your company or department.
