| Lowell Millard is a twenty-five year member of the Seattle Information Technology community, holding senior leadership roles with Electronic Arts, WatchGuard Technologies, Applied Precision and several other local companies. In these roles he has directed IT planning and operations for enterprise business applications, software development, and infrastructure operations. Lowell has been a member of SIM since 2000, is an alumnus of SIM’s RLF program (2001), and previously held Seattle Chapter Board chair positions for Membership and Programs.

| Past-President Dick Shay (PEMCO Insurance) (206) 628-7911 dick.shay@pemco.com | Dick Shay has been with PEMCO Insurance for fourteen years and has worked in the technology community in Seattle for over twenty years. Dick currently focuses on strategy development and the application of enterprise content management technology for the regional property & casualty insurance company. Prior to technology management, Dick's experience was in business and financial leadership positions with Northwest companies such as King Broadcasting Company, ConneXt, D. Garvey Associates, and Enhanced TeleManagement, Inc. He has been a member of the Seattle SIM Chapter since 2001 and previously served as Chapter President, VP Membership, and VP Administration.

| VP - Adminisration Barend Brink (Microsoft) (425) 301-1139 bbrink@microsoft.com | Barend Brink is originally from Cape Town, South Africa. Barend earned a degree in electrical and electronic engineering from the University of Stellenbosch in 1994 and in 2001 completed an MBA at the University of Stellenbosch Business School; shortly after that he was recruited by Microsoft for a position in Redmond WA. Barend has been with Microsoft for the past eleven years and is currently the Group Operations Manager for Microsoft’s Intellectual Property Group. Barend is a graduate of the 2012 Regional Leadership Forum (Northwest region).

| VP - Marketing Betsy Steele (Cisco) (206) 334-7340 besteele@cisco.com | Betsy Steele has served as the Seattle Chapter VP of Marketing since March 2012 and will continue in the role. Betsy is currently Area Marketing Manager for Cisco and previously worked in various marketing roles at Microsoft for seven years. She is a 2009 graduate of the Seattle RLF Leadership program and a 1974 graduate of the University of Washington.

| VP - Membership Benjamin Beberness (Snohomish County PUD) (425) 783-8160 bjbeberness@snopud.com |
Benjamin Beberness serves as Snohomish County PUD Chief
Information Officer providing overall leadership, strategy, planning,
development and delivery of information technology services to the PUD. He
started with the PUD in February 2011. Prior to joining Snohomish County PUD ,
Beberness has 20 years of technology experience working for companies like
PacificCorp, Lockheed Martin, and Deloitte & Touche. He is a 2009 graduate of the Portland RLF
Leadership program and a 1990 graduate of Portland State University. Benjamin has served as the Seattle Chapter VP
of Administration since March 2012.

| VP - Programs Paul Farrall (Big Fish Games) (206) 269-3873 paul.farrall@bigfishgames.com | Paul Farrall is currently Vice President of Operations at Big Fish Games in Seattle where he has overall responsibility for Information Technology including IT infrastructure, web application services, cloud game streaming operations, back office IT, and information security. Paul has been at Big Fish for three years. He has been a member of the Seattle IT community for seventeen years with a primary focus on building and operating high transaction volume eCommerce websites. Paul has been a member of Seattle SIM since 2011 and is very excited to be involved with this community.

| Secretary Carol Thompson (Seattle City Light) (206) 386-0014 carol.thompson@seattle.gov | Carol Thompson has thirty years of IT related experience, all in the Seattle area. She started her career at Nordstrom managing business analysts and quality assurance analysts while sponsoring several key projects to automate supply chain activities and inventory management. Carol spent fifteen years at Nordstrom before moving to Safeco Insurance where she managed a variety of IT areas in her 10 years there. Carol is in her sixth year as the IT Operations Manager for Seattle City Light learning the very complicated business of public power. Carol has served as the Seattle Chapter Secretary since March 2012.

| VP - Sponsorships Alicia Eimers (Slalom Consulting) (206) 940-1522 aliciae@slalom.com | Alicia Eimers is currently part of the Business Development Team of Slalom Consulting. Prior to joining Slalom in 2011, she held various roles in the IT services industry ranging from providing technical training to consulting services for clients in Seattle and along the West Coast. Alicia has been a member of Seattle SIM since 2011. Alicia has her BS from University of Idaho and her MBA from University of Washington; when not working she enjoys spending time with her husband and two year-old daughter.

Dave Weldon has over twenty years in technology leadership
in positions ranging from Manager to Vice President with organizations
including Iron Mountain, Raining Virtue Solutions, and PEMCO Insurance. He has a track record of success in tying
business goals to technology investments.
Dave has focused on helping technology organizations become results
oriented by aiming their efforts at increasing revenues, decreasing costs, and
improving customer service. Dave has
been a member of Seattle SIM since 2011.
