Topic:
Effective Organizational Change Management Change is a constant that is as certain as death &
taxes. Lead change successfully and your
company & career will prosper. Based on practical experience, CJ
Venkataraman will lead us in an interactive discussion of effective
organizational change management – the process of guiding people through the
transformational process from current state to future state. We will touch on the types of change,
effective communication, keys to success, reasons for failure and your role in
the process. Come ready to discover (or
perhaps rediscover) key take-aways that will increase your ability to lead.
