Program Details:

Has the economic turmoil of the past few years resulted in an overriding focus on cost? Are you interested in hearing how others are making their technology dollars count?  Please join us to discuss IT Governance at the February 2011 SIM meeting - a great opportunity to renew your business focus while networking with your local industry peers.

Governance - Why You Need to Manage Your IT Investment

The Governance process reflects the increasing importance of IT to most businesses. It provides a tried, tested process to ensure IT is firmly linked to business unit strategies and the business as a whole. Governance effectively gets the CIO out of the "no-win" position of prioritizing business decisions, and ensures the business unit leaders direct IT toward business goals.

Please join us for informative presentations and a lively discussion.
