This session is the eighth in a series of annual workshops hosted by SIM St. Louis. It will build on past workshops as well as recent events such as the Gateway to Innovation. This session is the seventh in a series of annual workshops hosted by SIM St. Louis. It will build on past workshops as well as recent events such as the Gateway to Innovation. The workshop will be a "deep dive" into leadership perspectives and will deliver practical advice from business and thought leaders on leadership style.

This year's workshop facilitator is Bart Bolton. With more than 35 years experience in IT management, Bart's experience includes leading and managing multiple IT departments, consulting, educating, marketing, and selling to the IT function. He has been facilitating the RLF since 1994 and the Leadership Development Roundtable (LDR) since 2001.

The Future of Leadership

This session is the sixth in a series of annual workshops hosted by SIM St. Louis. It will build on past workshops as well as recent events such as the Gateway to Innovation. The workshop will be a "deep dive" into leadership perspectives and will deliver practical advice from business and thought leaders on The Future of Leadership.
This year's workshop facilitator is Bob Rouse. Bob is Professor Emeritus, Computer Science, at Washington University, founder of the St. Louis SIM Chapter and a Past President. He is a nationally recognized speaker and facilitator and is also the National Director of the SIM Regional Leadership Forum program upon which this program is based. For 15 years Bob has facilitated RLFs in the Midwest, Northeast and New York.He has also led mini-forums at Chubb International and Monsanto. In his time at Wash U, Bob held many leadership positions including IT Strategy Director for the School of Medicine, Automation Lead for the Development Office, Assistant Dean and Director of the Center for Intelligent Computing Systems. We are delighted to have Bob's guiding presence for this session.
