Strategic direction for SIM is provided by the Society’s elected Board of Directors with approval from the Chapter President’s Board.

Standing and Advisory committees formed by the Chapter President’s Board, are key to developing initiatives and programs that fulfill the strategic goals of the Society. Driven by volunteer members from diverse backgrounds, committees are formed on the basis of identifying and resolving key issues affecting industry leaders, ultimately positioning SIM as the central voice of the IT management industry.

Supporting the organization and fulfilling day-to-day management responsibility from SIM Headquarters is SIM’s professional staff, comprised of its Executive Director, headquarters administrators, convention and tradeshow planners, marketing and communications professionals, and online and print service providers.
