John Cole, a managing partner at Farr Systems and SIM member since 1987, was a founding member of the Memphis SIM Chapter, a member of the Chicago Chapter and most recently a Dallas Fort Worth Chapter member. John’s peers nominated him for Chapter Leader of the Year for his many years of contributions and commitment to SIM and all the various roles he has taken locally and nationally, including Members-In-Transition liaison, Regional Leadership Forum speaker and supporter, community outreach and fundraising champion, CIO Summit panelist and recruiter and mentor.

Jeff Skulsky, Vice President of Information Systems and Technologies at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals and a longtime SIM member, just recently completed his term as the New Jersey Chapter President. As the founder and champion of the national Members-In-Transition program, Jeff devotes much of his personal time to providing program awareness, as well as elevating the level of support and the resources to SIM members planning their next career move. Driven by his passion to help, Jeff has initiated nearly all of the benefits now available to SIM members in transition, along with the formation a governance committee, meant to help local Chapters grow their own MIT programs.
