- Provide presentations on the latest IT trends and technologies
- Presentations of real life experiences in meetings by Chapter Members and Guests
IT management and leadership skills development that enables our Members growth at each stage of their career:
- Provide learning workshops on leadership skills and IT management methodologies that are considered to be best practices in the IT industry
- Help support and mentor future IT Leaders
The replenishment and education of future IT Leaders including a strong role in influencing university curriculums and continuing education:
- Partner with local universities, colleges, vocational schools, etc. for Internships and job fairs
- Support and promote campus-based student groups centered on Information Management as a career choice
- Participate in advisory groups to assist in the shaping of technology related curricula
Serve the local communities through giving and outreach:
- The Chapter’s Outreach Committee identifies, implements, and maintains outreach activities to support the local communities and IT Professionals
