Facilitators
RLF Facilitator Bart Bolton has more than 35 years experience in IT management, including leading and managing multiple IT departments, consulting, educating, marketing and selling to the IT function. He has been facilitating the RLF since 1994 and the Leadership Development Roundtable (LDR) since 2001. He has worked with clients in their leadership development programs. He is trustee and past chairman of SIM’s Boston Chapter.

Margot Carleton is VP of Information Technology at BAMSI, a large non-profit in the Boston area. She oversees the IT team supporting the technology needs for the more than 120 program locations and more than 2, 000 employees. Previously, she was VP of Information Services at Kendall/Tyco Healthcare/Covidien where she was responsible for applications and acquisition integrations for several lines of business and the corporate applications.

Facilitators
Kevin Ryan is a Facilitator and Director with the RLF program. He graduated from RLF in 2000 and has been involved with SIM at the Chapter and National level since then. Kevin has extensive executive experience in business and technology at the senior management level. He has owned his own eCommerce business, was VP at two Fortune 500 healthcare insurers, and has considerable leadership experience in civic and community roles. |

RLF Facilitator Cheryl Morgan has over 24 years experience as a leader in IT — leading development, testing and various support functions — and in business — leading PMOs, testing, shared services support areas, and strategic planning and execution functions. She is currently a VP at Travelers in Business Insurance, and has led the creation / direction of several leadership and technical development programs in IT at companies she’s worked for. |

All SIM members are eligible for a SIM member discount of $600. Must be logged into this website for the discount to be recognized. In addition, Register on or before March 1, 2017 to qualify for an early bird discount of $500.
One fee includes:
- Speakers, presentations, materials and activities during six 2-day sessions of the nine-month program.
- Inclusion in a post-program national event for all 2017 RLF grads.
- All books and media used throughout the program.
- All breakfasts, lunches and refreshments.
- SIM membership the year following completion of RLF.
