  Christine Atkins has the perspective that comes from 15 years as a CIO, capping a 40-year career in technology management. She has served as CIO with four corporations ranging from small to large to global and found the fundamentals of success to be largely the same across the various industries. She has advised Google, Oracle and HP. Chris retired from Royal Ahold in 2013 and is a principal at Atkins & Cameron LLC, specializing in IT strategy. She previously served on boards for Forsythe Technology and the SIM Chicago Chapter and is a 1995 Northeast RLF graduate.
Karen Calvert, a longtime VP of Information Services & Technology for Mary Kay Inc., brings her proven IT / business acumen, her experience in coaching and her passion for leadership development to RLF participants. While at Mary Kay, Karen co-led the company’s Culture Committee, was a Wellness Ambassador for Mary Kay’s Wellness Program and was a Leadership Mentor in their Mentee-Mentor program. Karen currently serves on the Board for the SIM Austin Chapter.

Program Costs

$8,950*
All SIM members are eligible for a SIM member discount of $600.  Must be logged into this website for the discount to be recognized.  In addition, register on or before, Tuesday, January 15, 2019 to qualify for an early registration discount of $500.  

The RLF fee includes:  
  • Speakers, presentations, materials and activities during six 2-day sessions of the nine-month program.
  • Inclusion in a post-program learning event for all 2019 RLF grads.
  • All books and media used throughout the program.
  • All breakfasts, lunches and refreshments.
  • Individual SIM national membership for each graduate during 2020.
*Travel and hotel accommodations are not included in this fee.

Special pricing is available upon request for qualified small nonprofit and government entities.
