A veteran technology journalist, Todd covers tech giants including Microsoft, Amazon, Google and Apple, and has interviewed many of the pioneers of the tech industry, including Bill Gates, Paul Allen, Steve Wozniak, and Jeff Bezos.

Todd will explore the little-known roots of our area's industry behemoths and look at the guiding forces of tech which will lead to the next evolution of our landscape.

Todd Bishop is co-founder and editor of GeekWire, a national technology news site based in Seattle. Todd also hosts the weekly GeekWire radio show on KIRO-FM and is a regular guest on KUOW-FM's afternoon program, The Record.

Before starting GeekWire with his longtime colleague, John Cook, Todd worked for newspapers including the Philadelphia Inquirer, Seattle Post-Intelligencer, and Puget Sound Business Journal. His tech reporting has received awards from organizations including the Society of Professional Journalists and the Society of American Business Editors and Writers.

He lives in Seattle's Ballard neighborhood with his wife Amy and daughter Maggie.
