Warren Lenard

Warren Lenard has been positioned as a senior IT leader for more than half his career, which spans over 30 years. He has worked for large and mid-size companies spanning vertical markets such as retail, entertainment & media and legal.

His career began in retail at Associated Dry Goods where in his first position he found himself in a leadership position. It was there that he led a data entry team, but also built and supported the organization’s first PC applications. Upon ADG closing its doors Warren transitioned to the legal industry where he worked for two major law firms. During this period, he developed applications and provided extensive training for all associates from paralegals through partners.

After a short consulting period building applications for insurance and collection firms, Warren made the move to the entertainment & media industry where he would spend the next 18 years working for the likes of Showtime Networks, Viacom, New Line Cinema and Lifetime Entertainment. It was a pivotal career moment as he transitioned over to the technology and infrastructure side of the house leading teams on network and systems architecture and design, data center builds and migrations not to mention building, developing and mentoring organizations further establishing himself as a proven leader and visionary.

Another pivotal moment in his career Warren transitioned to the retail and distribution world where he has worked for top leading brands restructuring and rebuilding their technology organizations as well as elevating their technology portfolios and redefining process and procedure to achieve operational excellence.

Warren currently works for Finish Line based in Indianapolis as Vice President of Technology and Operations where is responsible for all omni-channel technologies, infrastructure, operations and support, quality assurance, business relationship management and the PMO. He is very active in the technology industry participating in various organizations such as the Society for Information Management (SIM) where he currently serves as VP of Membership. He is an active volunteer through Finish Line’s Youth Foundation and generously offers his time as a mentor to a number of professionals. Warren was born and raised in New York, but has recently been living in Carmel, Indiana with his wife and two children.

Scot has an extensive and proven record of delivering measurable business value through technology and process improvements within the Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Franchising, Hospitality, Real Estate, Finance, Retail, Compliance and Software Development industries. He leads by example with a results-oriented, consultative approach to building highly productive teams to achieve innovative and strategic business objectives. He is a seasoned change manager skilled at integrating people, technology and processes on a global scale.

Scot is currently with Covance managing multiple IT programs with teams in North America, Europe and Asia.

Teresa Conroy-Roth

Teresa Conroy-Roth draws upon more than 20 years of experience leading information technology programs, and talent management initiatives.

She is Director at AXIA Consulting for the Mid-West. AXIA is a premier systems integration firm that provides technology and business consulting services to middle-market and Fortune 500 companies as well as government agencies.

Prior to joining AXIA, she successfully led national and international technology and end-user transformation programs for General Electric, Pactiv, Glaxo Smith-Kline, Eastman Kodak and ITT Technical Institute.

Conroy-Roth earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and Political Science from Hiram College.

She actively serves on Technology Advisory Boards of SIM-Indianapolis, Harrison College and Devry University.

She has led multiple non-profit boards including Women and Hi Tech, ALS, Help Desk Institute, and Hiram College Alumni Board.

Heather Cassady

Heather is a senior technology leader with over 11 years’ experience in IT program and project management, process improvement, risk and compliance management. Her career spans a variety of industries, including publishing, banking, commercial real estate, insurance, and most recently energy. It is Heather’s belief in developing and building up others which drives her leadership style, her investment in our youth, and her engagement in the greater technology community.

Heather holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Indiana Wesleyan University.

Michael Hineline

Mike Hineline serves as the Chief Information and Technology Officer for the Indiana Public Retirement System (INPRS) which is one of the largest 100 pension funds in the US serving 500,000 members and retirees with over $27 billion in assets under management.

Mike’s career has spanned multiple industries, both in the public and private sector in his 35+ year IT career including serving as the CIO for the City of Indianapolis as well as stints in banking, insurance, publishing and academia.

He also currently serves as the Chair of the Industrial Advisory board for the Computer Information and Graphics Technology School at Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis.

He is a long term member of the Indianapolis Chapter of the Society of Information Management, having served two years as President and currently serves as the Chapter Treasurer.

Amy Shackle

Amy has over 15 years of experience as a technology and business leader for insurance and financial services companies.

Currently, Amy is the Chief Operating Officer for Webb Accounting Service, Inc., where she has accountability for the day-to-day leadership and general management of the company. Additionally, Amy has responsibility for partner relationships, technology investments, and communication strategies.

Prior to joining Webb Accounting Service, Inc., Amy served as a senior technology leader across multiple disciplines including project management, infrastructure and networking, business intelligence, software development, quality assurance, and risk management.

Amy has a Master of Science in Accounting from Indiana Wesleyan University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Oklahoma, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. She is an Associate in General Insurance (AINS), an Associate in Personal Insurance (AIP), and an Associate in Claims (AIC).

Amy serves as a Director of the Board for the Society for Information Management - Indianapolis Chapter, Techpoint Foundation for Youth, and IUPUI’s Department of Computer Information and Graphics Technology. She is a member of Women & Hi Tech.

Jessica is the Director of Agile Practices for NextGear Capital. As a Certified Scrum Master, Certified Red Belt Collaboration Architect, and the youngest Accredited Leadership Gift Coach she is driven by her passion for people. Working in the corporate world since 19 she has a diverse background of experience across industries including; insurance, pharmaceuticals, utilities, and finance. Deeply believing in teaching through demonstration she seeks to spread personal responsibility, agility, and choice no matter where she goes.
