This highly engaging and energetic talk  is based on professional speaker and trainer Todd Cohen’s book  "Everyone’s In Sales".
Todd’s workshop is all about building a successful sales culture so the IT professional sees how they contribute and more sales happen! A robust sales culture also ensures client retention and positive organizational engagement. Todd Cohen covers such areas as developing a professional value proposition, developing a virtual sales team and relationship portability. Todd will show each attendee how what they do contributes and how what they do impacts the customer and their ultimate decision to say "yes"! This is a timely and motivational message that speaks to the ability to create a mindset that everyone "sells" by doing what they do so well each and every day! Todd who covers such areas as developing a professional value proposition, developing a virtual sales team and relationship portability ™ will also lead the audience through the building blocks of how to sell ourselves and motivate others to help us achieve our goals.

Todd is a frequent keynote speaker at corporate meetings, national association conferences, trade shows, and sales meetings. His Sales Culture Workshops™ have been met with wide acclaim.Todd is the author of "Everyone’s In Sales”, published in 2011. He is a professional member of the National Speakers Association (NSA), the immediate Past President of the NSA Philadelphia chapter, and serves as chair of the Sales and Marketing group of the Greater Philadelphia Senior Executives Group.  He was recently elected to the chapter’s governing board.Todd is a contributor to the Philadelphia Business Journal and hosted the radio show "Let’s Talk Sales Culture.”           
Todd is a passionate networker and connector of sales professionals, entrepreneurs, and executives in transition. He is the founder of The Innovators Club, a networking organization dedicated to advancing technology and entrepreneurship. He is co-founder of LinkedIn Live Philly, a networking group for members of Linked-In to advance their professional networking skills. He has been the co-leader of Career Transitions, a non-profit group dedicated to helping professionals in transition. Todd has been active in the American Cancer Society as well as several other charitable organizations. Todd holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Temple University.   
The Society For Information Management (or SIM for short)  is an association of senior IT executives, prominent academicians, selected consultants, and other IT thought leaders built on the foundation of local chapters, who come together to share and enhance their rich intellectual capital for the benefit of its members and their organizations.
