Mobile technology solutions are dramatically changing how business is conducted and customers are served. It’s important, however, to see past the hype to leverage their full potential and deliver real value to your enterprise. To be successful in this fast paced environment, the CIO must be able to anticipate opportunities to innovate before his competitors, yet minimize the management issues and risks inherent to mobile technology.

Kris Kutchera, Vice President Information Technology at Alaska Airlines and Peter Garlock, Chief Information Officer at The Port of Seattle, understand the many challenges in delivering innovative solutions to the mobile workforces of logistically challenging and complex businesses. They also have unique perspectives as external IT service providers.

This exciting event will offer important insights to managing this new era of computing, including examples of mobile technology innovations, pitfalls to avoid when delivering solutions and the organizational, social, and regulatory compliance issues that should be considered. Please join us for an interactive session on this exciting IT movement as they discuss the things the hype-makers aren’t telling you.
