SIM Women is a network inside the SIM association that promotes mentorship, communication and career development amongst the female members of SIM.

It is a pleasure to invite you to SIM Women’s June webinar "Intentional Networking for Strategic Advancement" led by Kimberley Bohr on Wednesday, June 27th at 3pm ET. Those who RSVP that they can attend will receive the webinar access information a day prior to the event.

We all know men and women approach networking very differently. From the time we invest, to the venues in which we ‘network’, to the degree of formality we need in order to make a connection, we couldn’t be more opposite from one another. And because of those differences, it’s why we aren’t thought of when men are asked if they know of any ‘good talent’ in their network. We simply aren’t there.

Here’s the good news! We have the ability to change all of that by intentionally building our network to be a strategic advantage for us and those we bring together.

Regardless of your career tenure or title, this session will provide tangible tips and actionable insights to intentional networking - one of the 9 stops on your professional roadmap towards preparing yourself for the next phase of your career advancement. In this session learn:

  • What is the mix of an intentionally diversified network
  • How to Assess your current network and analyze the gaps that emerge
  • The foundational steps to create the roadmap for building and diversifying your strategic network over the next 6-months
