The program builds to a strong conclusion as visiting executives share how collaboration and influence are keys to thriving amid transformational change.

Participant’s Mentor

Each participant in the Executive RLF will select a Mentor to interact with throughout the duration of the program.

This Mentor could be a senior leader in the participant’s organization who can play an integral role to ensure relevancy of executive development in the company. Or, the Mentor could be a senior executive from a different area of the business, or a supervisor’s manager. Participants will select a Mentor upon enrollment.

Whomever the participant selects, the Mentor will assist throughout the program with:

  • Supporting and guiding the participant before and after each of the four sessions of the Executive RLF program.
  • Providing encouragement and direct feedback to the participant related to professional growth.
  • Endorsing the personal program objectives that the participant articulates.
  • Helping the participant to navigate organizational dynamics and introducing the participant to other senior executives for program activities or projects.
  • Holding debriefing sessions with the participant after each of the four program sessions.
