How does it work?

  • Chapters with the highest percentage of members completing the questionnaire win.
  • There will be two competition categories based on chapter size: chapters with between 10 and 100 members and chapters with more than 100 members.
  • The winning chapters in each category win $4,000 for their philanthropy, with second and third place receiving $2,000 and $1,000 respectively.
  • The chapter with the highest participation percentage of all receives the grand prize of an additional $2,000.

This year’s theme is Leadership in the Fast Lane!
Wouldn't it be nice to have a crystal ball – something to warn us about the next ‘big thing’ coming up over the horizon? If we had a hint or a clue we could plan accordingly – but alas, no such thing exists. The executives and businesses that thrive in today’s environment are not those with extraordinary prescient powers, but those who are able to move quickly when change emerges.

The SIMposium2015 keynote lineup has been chosen to help us navigate our permanently tempestuous business climate. It includes:
  • Frank Abagnale – the subject ofSteven Spielberg's movie "Catch Me If You Can"
  • Curt Coffman – bestselling author ofFirst, Break All the Rules and Culture Eats Strategy for Lunch
  • Ross Shafer – author of Nobody Moved Your Cheese – Are You Relevant?,Grab More Market Share, and Absolutely Necessary: Bulletproof Tactics That Will Put You in High Demand
  • Panel of Penske Executives, moderated by Steve Pickett, CIO of Penske Corporation

Join us in Charlotte for SIMposium2015, where today’s FAST TRACK leaders will meet to gain and retain their EDGE.
