IT leaders are often tasked with change management to ensure effective adoption of new systems and significant organizational innovation. But some changes are more successful than others. What makes the difference? Together we will discuss the strategies that you can adopt to ensure that the changes you make are successful and sustainable over time, rather than yesterday’s flavor-of-the-month.

Paul is Associate Professor of Industrial/Organizational Psychology at Seattle Pacific University and President of Yost & Associates, Inc. His current work focuses on three broad areas - strategic talent management, leadership development, and change management. He is the co-author of two books Real Time Leadership Development and Experience-Driven Leader Development. Before teaching, Paul served as a Senior Research Specialist at Microsoft and Manager of Leadership Research with The Boeing Company. He received his Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Maryland.
