LEADERSHIP 3.0  NextGen Education for NextGen Leaders

Build your current leadership team and develop emerging leaders by tapping proven regional experts to work with your best and brightest.

SIM St Louis has developed a practical approach for nurturing those who will lead your organization forward.  Interactive exercises, facilitated discussions and talks with visiting executives will help participants develop their own personal leadership profiles.

Invest in your high achievers with cost-effective leadership training that will benefit your organization immediately.  The cost is just $495 for six half day, interactive sessions taught by real-world leaders.

Leadership 3.0 is a regional program delivered over six half-day sessions that develops an authentic individual leadership style.  It encourages networking with others to build the ongoing set of relationships that will outlast the program itself.

Who should attend?

  • High-potential managers with 2-5 years of experience
  • Current leaders interested in further development

For more than a decade, SIM St Louis has been charting the course for tomorrow's leaders.  The organization has created a new leadership development program for the future leaders in your organization.  SIM St Louis knows the region through professional and charitable (over $1 million) actions.

Venues: Leadership 3.0 will meet at various corporate locations throughout the St Louis region giving participants the opportunity to learn more about other companies.  Several of the sessions will be held in conjunction with SIM Chapter meetings to expand participants' network.  The sessions will be held 1:00-5:00 pm, followed by a Dutch treat happy hour.  Tuition is $495.
