March 24, 2011- Terremark's NAP of the Americas, Miami , FL. "Thriving in Chaos" presented by  Dr. Lewis Temares.  The defining characteristic of the 21st century is an inordinate focus on work. Yet, we're not necessarily getting more done. It has been shown that a stressful or dysfunctional workplace can cause hundreds of thousands of dollars in lost productivity, health care and litigation. This presentation will examine toxic work environments—the elements that allow them to flourish and how to prevent them.
