SIM Women is a network inside the SIM association that promotes mentorship, communication and career development amongst the female members of SIM.

It is a pleasure to invite you to SIM Women’s March webinar “Leadership: Your Role in Cultivating a Culture Where People Thrive” on Wednesday, March 29th at 3pm ET. Those who RSVP that they can attend will receive the webinar access information a day prior to the event.

When asked if thriving cultures can really be created or changed for the better, Rebecca Rodskog, co-founder of FutureLeaderNow, has a standard response: "Yes. But if, and ONLY if, leadership is on board and setting the right examples for their organization."

In this webinar, Rebecca will go into the "what" and "why" on developing an organizational culture where people thrive, and then will dive deep into your role as a leader in cultivating that culture. She'll address typical roadblocks as well as provide examples from her extensive work with leading-edge organizations to inspire you into personal action for your organization.

Rebecca is an experienced consultant in the field of organizational transformation, change management and innovation. Her 20+ years of experience spans both large-scale, global projects to small, independent, one-on-one coaching relationships, working with clients such as Apple, UPS and P&G. Beyond consulting she’s an expert facilitator, coach, and innovator. Rebecca is the CEO and Founder of Rodskog Change Consulting, and Managing Partner and Founder of FutureLeaderNow.

Rebecca is a “Workplace Crusader”, helping organizations transform outdated or non-scalable practices into future-thinking, market-leading cultures where their people can thrive. She’s on a mission to make organizations better places to work so that all of us can do work that matters and plays to our strengths all while meeting the organization’s goals. This will be a very dynamic webinar and I hope you’ll all contribute your thoughts and stories to the discussion!
