What Makes a True Leader?

The literature is full of information that identifies key leadership traits.  How many are there, really?  Do we know them when we see them? Are they the same today as they were 5 years ago … or might be 5 years from now? Do they change from situation to situation?  Does it matter?  Why do we continually read about the shortage of great (or even good) leaders in today’s businesses?

Join Corky Valenti and Phil Zwieg, two facilitators for the highly successful SIM Regional Leadership Forum, as they lead meeting attendees through a series of discussions and exercises that help to frame the dialogue around successful leadership qualities.  This will be a participative meeting, so bring your expertise, enthusiasm and energy!  The goal will be to refresh your awareness of meaningful leadership traits and how you personally exhibit them in daily business interactions.

Presented by Corky Valenti and Phil Zwieg
