SIM Arizona Presents:

The CMO & the CIO: Capturing the Customer

The business world is going through a fundamental change, thanks in large part to the advance of technology.  In highly successful companies, the customer is king; and savvy marketing and sales execs are finding new and innovative ways of establishing deeper relationships with their customers in order to win their business and create long-term loyalty.

At Republic Services, this strategy is fully underway.  The environmental services industry has historically been a follower of technical innovation.  Now IT is at the forefront in the effort to reach customers and differentiate services.

Join Jon Vander Ark, Executive Vice President / Chief Marketing Officer and Bill Halnon, Sr. Vice President / Chief Information Officer as they discuss the transformation that their company is going through and the use of technology in the ongoing battle for the customer.
