Title:   CIO Into the Boardroom - The 12 Step Process

Today's CIO faces incredible demands - improve operations, decrease costs and increase revenue through innovation.  Their success depends on creating a value connection between investments and business profit and the best place to draw that parallel is the boardroom.  CIOs need to make their way into the boardroom to position IT in front of business initiatives with confidence and demonstrated results.  Chris Filandro of Meritage Homes Corp believes the goal of every CIO should be to gain a permanent seat at the table with the board of directors.

In this engaging session, Filandro will share his 12-step process for value demonstration and functional elevation.  He will touch on key attributes such as  IT marketing, financial analysis, managing perception and message delivery.
