At Gartner from 1986 - 1998 as a Vice President of Sales, he managed operations throughout the Western U.S. Joe started his career at Hewlett-Packard.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The School of Engineering and Applied Science at the University of Buffalo, State University of New York.

Tom’s prior position as the Managing Director & General Counsel for ClearEdge Professional Services and Legal Practice teams, provided him with extensive legal and business experience with vendor sales and contract processes. A published author on Contracts (Practices for Scaling Lean and Agile Development, Addison Wesley, 2010), Tom specializes in IT, M&A, Negotiation, Delivery Management and Operations. He previously served as VP at British Telecom and in executive and legal positions in telecommunications and technology. He has worked as a lawyer in private practice and argued a number of cases before the Supreme Court of Canada. He is a graduate of the University of Colorado and University of British Columbia Law School.

Dave is a seasoned executive with over 25 Years of Supply Chain Management experience. He is responsible for the procurement and sourcing activities across a spend base of approximately $500M. He brings a wealth of experience across a multi-disciplinary set of functions including procurement and sourcing, logistics management, industrial engineering, production management, management consulting and IT systems implementation and integration.
His experience includes the implementation and management of sophisticated e-procurement, e-invoicing and contracts management systems. His diverse background includes working in numerous industries, and assessing, designing and implementing sourcing and procurement organizations.
