The November breakfast event will be addressing the need of a training plan and the solutions to help develop colleagues, improve skills to meet project needs, and technology advancement.

Kathy Rucinsky, Vice President, Training & Delivery Services

Kathy's focus at LearnQuest is ensuring that instructors, curriculum and materials, training delivery, customer service, and other global operational areas deliver and exemplify LearnQuest's mission.

By managing Learning Design & Development, Training & Delivery, Training Program Management, Partner Relations, and Customer Service, Kathy's teams drive the framework for global operations, and ensures the customers' needs are satisfied.

Kathy's provides leadership, reporting, metrics and models to better understand the direction of the business and measure effectiveness throughout the LearnQuest organization.
