F5 Networks- Game Room (401 Elliott Ave. West, Seattle,  WA  98119)
6:00—8:30 pm -
Light appetizers provided
Cost:  Free

Are you facing a difficult leadership or management situation at work?   Stuck with one or more D.O.T.S. (Development Opportunities that Suck)?  Are you interested in how others might handle your situation or sharing how you might handle theirs?  This is the event for you!

This is an evening for conversation, sharing expertise, and targeted problem solving in small groups with your peers. This will be a facilitated session, where presenters will provide tools to support problem solving that can be applied immediately to your situations.

You will have the opportunity to learn firsthand about the challenges that your peers are having in our industry, practice foundational coaching skills with real problems and receive suggestions on the situations you bring.

Please come prepared to share a situation where you would like some help from your peers. Situations that are current and unfinished are ideal. They can be about hurdles in your career, project issues that are difficult to manage, challenges with leading people or a particular person,  complex decisions you need to make, etc.
