The 16th Annual Seattle SIM Golf Tournament

The 16th annual Seattle Society for Information Management (SIM) Golf Tournament will be held on Monday, August 17th, 2009 at Mill Creek Country Club. This year’s tournament begins with box lunches and a 1:00 PM shotgun and is comprised of up to 36 foursomes (144 maximum player field). Our tournament uses a scramble format. We’re excited about our new venue at Mill Creek Country Club which features a beautifully designed Ted Robinson course which offers a great golfing experience. Included in your registration fee, the day will be filled with fun activities including:

Boxed Lunch
Hole-in-One Competition for a Luxury Car
Putting Contest for $1,000 (we had a winner last year!)
Lucky Ball Contest – New this year…and it should provide some fun competition
4 KP holes
Men’s and Women’s Long Drive Holes
Complimentary Drink Tickets
Buffett Awards Dinner overlooking the Mill Creek CC Fountain

Beyond the prizes, great golf and beautiful scenery, the tournament provides Seattle SIM members, sponsors, and guests with an terrific opportunity to network with a great group of IT professionals. Seattle SIM recognizes the importance of supporting and expanding educational opportunities within our community, so SIM will continue the tradition of offering support to a non-profit organization that benefits the local technology community.
