As part of InnoTech, Oregon’s business and technology innovation conference, the Society for Information Management (SIM) Portland chapter presents its ‘CIO of the Year’ awards for the public and private sectors. As the premier network for senior IT executives and thought leaders, SIM recognizes the efforts of local IT executives to innovate and contribute to their organizations.
