The Memphis Chapter of the Society for Information Management is a professional society of local IT leaders organized to:

1. Keep members informed regarding new information technologies, ideas and techniques, as well as projects and activities of interest within the local area.
2. Share strategic planning and implementation approaches.
3. Serve and support the Memphis community and individual members on issues and projects directly related to information systems.
4. Strengthen the recognition and status of the information systems profession within the community and with local organizations.

Region Served

The Memphis Chapter accepts members from any Mid-South corporation. Most members are from companies and educational institutions based in the greater Memphis area. Members of SIM-Memphis are also members of SIM International.
