Invest in your future IT leaders…
As a leader in IT, you know the value of strong leadership for your business and your function. SIM's RLF ensures that the rising IT professionals in your company possess the building blocks and knowledge necessary to succeed.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
What is RLF? Over the course of nine months, (six 2-day sessions plus SIMPosium 2008), participants go through an intensive curriculum designed to introduce new ideas and challenge traditional ways of thinking. Unlike a traditional leadership seminar, RLF is a process, during which participants learn to cultivate your own unique leadership style. They won't learn the top 10 leadership lessons as someone else sees it - participants will discover leadership in life and have a deeper understanding of their own leadership style and priorities.
"The RLF experience has been a life transforming event. After 9 months of experience, I feel the journey has just begun. RLF raises you to a new level of mental awareness that we seldom encounter in our day to day pursuit. More importantly, it teaches you to integrate the new learning in our daily life. RLF learning is a tangible long-term investment for the individual and the organization. It transforms the person into becoming a well-rounded leader and a better individual." Mahesh Haryu, Senior Technology Manager, Altria
