The 2008 nomination form for IT Executive of the Year Awards are available both in Microsoft Word (.doc) and Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) format. The .doc file may be submitted electronically on completion, while the .pdf file is more suited to fax submissions. Deadline for submission is November 21, 2008. Awards will be announced in February, 2009.
