Patricia Randall has worked in the IT Staffing industry for 22 years. She is currently an Account Director for Kforce Professional Staffing, formerly Romac International. Kforce is a 42-year old national staffing company that specializes in IT and Financial contract and permanent placements, with revenues of $1Billion. Prior employers include Analysts International and Brandon Systems Corporation. Pat has a Bachelors degree from Bridgewater State College in Massachusetts, and also attended a PhD program at Brown University in RI.
Pat has been a member of the Boston chapter of SIM for 7 years, serving as Membership Chair for 4 years, Vice President for 1 year, and President of the chapter for 2 years. In 2006 and 2007 she served SIM as VP for Marketing.
