Patricia A. Coffey
Allstate Insurance Company

Patricia Coffey was named Vice President, Technology of Allstate Insurance Company in 2004, and is responsible for information technology solutions supporting Marketing, Distribution, HR, Finance and Corporate Relations.  Her major accomplishments include delivery of an improved web experience (Allstate.com) that has industry-leading capabilities such as an anonymous quoting tool; delivery of an integrated material ordering and warehouse management system; and creation of business-technology strategies for Allstate’s protection business. She is a senior executive with a track record of creating and delivering strategic technology solutions designed to optimize business results with expertise in Reinsurance, Commercial Insurance, Personal Property & Casualty Insurance, Life Insurance & Annuities and Banking.

Prior to assuming her current position, Ms. Coffey was head of technology for Allstate Financial, where she implemented the award-winning AccessAllstate website, the number one site for financial producers; and achieved cost reductions while simultaneously improving availability for all systems.  She has held positions of increasing responsibility since joining the staff of Allstate in 1979.

Ms. Coffey serves as a member of SIM Advanced Practices Council.  She was elected to the Board of Directors of Lake Forest Graduate School of Management in 2007.
