Judy Arteche-Carr is a strategic advisor to global companies and CXOs specifically in business strategies, program/ project management and global sourcing. She teaches global IT at Fordham’s Graduate and College Business Administration in New York City. She has extensive global experience in the areas of technology and financial management; and has worked with management teams in transformation strategies- aligning IT to the Business at various financial institutions such as JP Morgan (JPMChase), Salomon Brothers (Citigroup) and Deutsche Bank, and technology services companies such as EDS and Unisys. Judy has served as the SIM New York Metro Board Chair, President and VP Arrangements and implemented greenfield programs in NY such as the CIO Forum and introduced new processes such as the use of credit cards.   She has been a member of the Administrative Services committee of SIM International and led several pilots and initiatives, including: Future Potential in IT, Speaker Database, SIMPosium, & Website. In 2007 Judy served as VP for Vendor & Service Provider Program.
